Prior Lake, Minnesota – The Meadows at Mystic Lake Golf Course will feature a special $60 greens fee when it opens for the 2013 season on May 1, 2013. The special rate, which includes use of the practice range and a golf cart, will be available through May 24. New in 2013, beer, wine and cocktails are available at The Meadows Bar and Grille, the Sand Wedge Grille, and on the course.

Prior Lake, MN – Members of South Metro Federal Credit Union in Prior Lake, Minnesota, gathered at the annual meeting to hear a report of the status of the Credit Union and to share a meal on April 23, 2013, at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel. Chairman of the Board Bill Rudnicki called the meeting to order. Secretary of the Board Stan Ellison certified the notice to members. During the President’s report, South Metro President Don Crofut spoke about the growth and success experienced over the past year in the face of recession.

Prior Lake, Minnesota – Wearing handmade regalia and dancing to traditional songs, more than 60 youth from the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) will share their Dakota culture, traditions and spirituality at a free dance exhibition at the Prior Lake High School auditorium at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 9.   The performance, which is open to the general public, will be followed light refreshments.
